Shipping Information
Shipping Options
We offer USPS Flat rate shipping and UPS. We use a shipping
calculator software to arrive at our shipping fees and we do not charge
handling fees. If you have a question about shipping, please send us an
email prior to placing your order. After you place your order and select
your method of payment and shipping preference, we will send you a copy
of your invoice via e-mail.
After payment we will pour your order and it will be shipped out within
3 business days.
(During high volume periods your order may take a little longer to ship)
If you are in the Knoxville TN area and would like to pick up your
order, please select “will call” as a shipping option. Please contact
us@
gs1@bellsouth.net to arrange pick up.
Damaged Merchandise and Insurance
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, damage due to
shipping is out of our control. UPS shipping includes insurance up to
an order value of $100.00. USPS shipping insurance is optional. Please
notify us if you would like insurance included in your order by placing
a comment in the comment box of the shopping cart. Below is a chart
showing the cost of insurance in reference to your order total. We will
manually add the insurance fee before we process your order - it will
not show up in the shopping cart. If you receive a damaged package
please keep it; the shipping carrier will want to see it. Contact us
immediately via email and include your order number and list items
damaged. We will then take the necessary procedures to exchange your
product. If you have not received your merchandise within 5 days of
scheduled shipment please notify us via email. Please include your order
number.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to providing you with a
high quality product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
purchase please contact us. We will do what we can to make it right.
All custom candle sales are final
If an item is defective in any way, we will
make an exchange for the exact same product.
Bath and Body products are
non-returnable.
There are no exceptions to this.
Shipping charges are also non-refundable
You are responsible for the cost of
returning merchandise and packaging it for a safe return trip.
Only candles that have not been lit are
eligible for return.
Contact us first. We will not accept returns unless you have contacted
us first to receive a confirmation number. Once you have your
confirmation number, send your invoice and the product in the original
packaging to:

We are unable to refund shipping charges, but will not charge additional
shipping on replacement item. Your credit card will be credited the
refund amount once we have received the return and authorized it.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for the refund to post.
International Orders
At
this time we are unable to offer shipping outside of the United States
or Canada.
TN Sales Tax
All orders shipped to or delivered in the
state of TN will have 9.25% sales tax added. If you are a wholesale and
or tax exempt, please add your resale certificate number in the
